MODEL # WPGT9350C0WW
My washer has been having issues draining lately. I have confirmed that there is no clogs, kinks, and does not exceed the height for draining. The washer drains properly when there is alot of time between loads... but when multiple loads is tried in succession... it stops draining. It sounds like the pump is going.
Hello igor_lyub - Typically error code E20 means the water is not draining properly or not pumping out fast enough. Does the washer making a humming noise? If so, either the drain hose may be kinked or the drain in the house is clogged. Once you have confirmed and cleaned the hose and if issue continues contact a professional to move forward accurately. The unit may possibly have a faulty pump or control board.

Hi
This issue usually occurs due to kinked drain pipe, clogged
drain filter or drain pump. First make sure that the drain is not clogged and
remove clogs if present. If no visible lint is present then remove the lower
front access panel to check the drain filter and drain pump for any clogs,
you'll need to clean the drain filter and drain pump completely. Hope this
helps... Please post back for any further assistance.
