F3 indicates a failure of the keypad.
The first thing to try is a "hard reset". Unplug it from the power line for a few minutes, plug it back in, set the clock, then try again.
If that doesn't take care of it, you'll need a new keypad, and this is not too hard for a DIYer.

There may be a problem with the Oven Temperature Sensor, or the associated wiring.
Power unit down by turning off the circuit breaker(s) for one (1) minute.
Power unit up by turning on the circuit breaker(s).
Monitor the oven for one (1) minute to ensure the error code does not display again.
Verify oven operation.
