I can not see other help you got from other tech sorry. Did you try to upgrade the firmware? try downloading the new one and that should take care of the message...let me know

Computer is not configured to boot from your hard disk drive (SATA 0),
you need to go into the BIOS (set-up) menu and make that drive the fisrt boot device.
try to reset bios if does't work try using a usb dvd drive (external dvd drive)
remember you do not will be able to read a dvd CD(WINDOWS 7 CD) using a cd burner.
you will need a dvd drive.
