1.backup first all of your contacts and important files 2.make a master clear w/ your phone and after restart. 3.if still the same make a fullflash or upgrade your firmware.
for the bottom half, you just remove the 2 screws at the top, then if you remove the little plastic bit just under the bottom keypad there are a further 2 screws remove those and the back part can be taken apart quite easily :)

good or any antivirus program for a UIQ 3.x phone is real hard. To make your phone
faster I recommend leaving antivirus software out and using this program to
reflash your phone so it deletes everything from it and brings it back to
factory settings. And try staying of website that you don’t know and don’t install

software in your phone is corrupted thats the reason u get this message , try resettijng the phone to factory settings if did not help out then as i 2 had sony ericssion w910i i had the same problem it worked out, install the sony ericssion software suite and there will be an option as software update follow the instructions and ur it will be fine
