My BT-10K pairs and operates in phone mode with my Motorola EM-326g slider phone, but I can't hear mp3 tunes in the BT-10K that are playing on the phone mp3 player.

Power on the BTheadset and press the middle button for few second , the led stops blinking ...now the BT is in pairing mode.
You now search the BTheadset on the phone.
pairing password is 0000.
Just have to re-pair it.With the H700 BT headsets the pairing mode is different
from other BT headsets. to put it in pairing mode you first hold the
talk button on the headset until the purple light comes on.Right after
the purple light comes on you have to flip open the headset for it to
stay in pairing mode. From there you continue through the phone. It
will ask for a password; that will be "0000". then connect.
im having a problem with my h700c and my lg too it was paired with a samsung and i got the lg now the phone phone the BT fine it just wont pair,wat can it be?

If you have no problem pairing the headset to the cellphone, maybe the issue comes from the headset that has a defect in it. These bluetooth headsets are kinda fragile, check out where you bought it if you have a warranty.
