Hi This error message will apear if,
The <integrated account> [CMIME] or Desktop [CMIME] service book is missing.
For account integrations with the BlackBerry Internet Service
Request a new service book if the BlackBerry Internet Service is used for email message redirection.
If new service books do not resolve the issue, clear the service book database. I hope this information will be helpful.

It's on my Smart No. 09199634778. It received messages from Smart that I have MMS pictures. Can they be shown here?

Yes sir,to retrieve MMS data, you should activate you MMS/GPRS by configuring the settings of your network provider or Smart provider.

Here's how to Activate the your MMS/GPRS

Key in SET MMS and send to 211.

To download SMART GPRS phone settings:

Key in SET GPRS and send to 211.

Example: If you have a Nokia 6230, that's "SET MMS N6230"

To activate SMART GPRS:

Key in "GPRS ON" and send to "333′

To activate SMART MMS:

Key in "MMS ON" and send to "333′

Note :
The configuration settings will be sent to your phone. You will need to select "Save All" to save the settings in the phone. Some MMS and GPRS handsets already have pre-loaded phone settings.

Activation of MMS and GPRS will require a confirmation message from SMART. A message will be sent to the sub once the feature has been activated.

Hope this solution helps you. Thank you for visiting FixYa..

I have received a MMS. i have user name and password.please tel me where do i type this.i can not see any screen asking for username and password.please advise

Configure using settings wizard MMS for Nokia
1.Press the Menu key on your phone.
2.Scroll to and select Applications.
3.Scroll to and select Sett. wizard to launch the Nokia settings wizard.
4.Scroll to and select Operator.
5.Select Start > Multimedia message and follow the wizard's on-screen steps to automatically configure the phone with the required operator service settings.
Configure MMS settings

To configure MMS settings, select Menu > Messaging > Options > Settings > Multimedia message
Additional MMS settings include:
1.Image size - Define the size of the image in a multimedia message.
2.MMS creation mode - If you select Guided, the device notifies you when you try to send a message that may not be supported by the recipient device. If you select Restricted, the device prevents you from sending messages that may not be supported. To include content in your messages without notifications, select Free.
3.Access point in use - Select which access point is used as the preferred connection.
4.Allow anonymous messages - Reject messages from anonymous senders.
Download the device user guide for a comprehensive list of MMS settings

Send MMS Multimedia messages can be sent in a number of ways. An example of the steps required to send an image is listed below:
1.Select Menu > Photos.
2.Select the image you want to send.
3.Select
4.Select Via message.
5.Add the recipient name or contact number.
6.Select

Tips If you are unable to send and receive MMS, try these simple steps.
1.Check if the MMS settings (for example, MMS access point) are correct in your device. These settings are sent by the operator or service provider. See Operator or service provider settings.
2.Operators usually set a limit for the size of a picture message. If you need to send a picture that is large in size, you can resize it before it is sent. See Image size.
3.Contact your operator or service provider to confirm whether:
•Data plan is activated on your SIM card.
•Roaming is activated when you are not in your home network.

IF you want to see your MMS through go to your service provide site.and click the MMS and fill the username and password, and hit enter. you see your MMS in inbox double click to view the MMS.

I can send text messages but when i try to send or recive any picture messages it says sending failed no response or retreving failed no response

It is important for you to know that you have to have the multimedia message or configurations stored on your phone before you can send or receive multimedia messages. Multimedia messages include pictures, sounds and other items.
You can get the configurations by calling your service provider and asking them to send you the settings. When the settings arrive, you have to save it to your phone and you should be able to send multimedia messages then.
In summary, you have to call the customer care of your service provider and they would give you further information on how to get the configurations on your phone. Unfortunately, i can't help you in this aspect as different networks have different procedures.
Hope this was helpful? Please comment for more information if you need any.

I cant send out texts

Hello Sir\Madam,
I think sending message out has nothing to do with the phone but rather the service provider that you are using. The problem may be as a result of wrong message settings. Since the phone in question is Nokia, simply go to the menu on your phone, then select messages, scroll to message settings, then go to text message settings, check whether the Message Center No is correct (you can call the customer care of ur service provider to request for the correct message center no.) Save the correct number and exit from the message settings after configuring the necessary things. You can then send out your text message to see whether it will send. I hope you find this information easy. Try that first, but if you cant get the whole process you can take it down to the customer care of your service provider for help.

I was not able to send messages and making calls

Just Try either of the following ....

  1. Try checking the SMSC (Message Center Number) number configured on your phone. If the Message Centre number is not configured or wrong then you will not be able to send..but you can receive.
  2. Check... is there any setting called Inbox Setup in Message menu, then Text msg Setup -> Use GPRS -> NO

My Blackberry 6230 TM unlocked has no browser configuration.

Hi, Please do Hard Reset. To perform a hard reset, complete the following steps:
1) Remove the battery cover from the back of the BlackBerry smartphone.
2) Remove the battery, and then reinsert it after a few seconds.
3) Replace the battery cover.
Please Check if the Browser icon is hidden. If it is hide then please unhide.
Please check if the service book is available, if not then please contact your service provider to send the service book.
Please check if Blackberry services are active.
If once you Unlocke the handset using Unlock code, then you can use any sim, even if you restart then you dont have to unlock it again.
I hope this information will be helpfull to you.
