When I turn the tv on it turns off again right away

Your closed captioning mode is set to ON. You need to just turn that off. That setting is available through the on screen menu. Just turn closed captioning off and it will work normally again.

I had the same problem and got a TV repair man to fix it for real cheap. The whole fixing took less then 30 min and he goes to your house to fix the TV. If your remotes are out of the room and you try to turn and it still wont come as it should ,then You have a problem with the power switch or the supply, your unit needs to go to the shop . Sorry. DFD

Try blowing the dust off mother board. Remove back. Unplug first. Then post problem again

re solder your tv,if its not works, check the horizontal output transistor

standby button blinks no picture no sound have tried to reset and restart nothing has worked to get tv to back on

It sounds like the TV was most likely dropped, and there is probably some breakage! I would call right away to have the set exchanged!
