The white display indicates that there is some problem in the LCD display of the mobile. If the mobile works and display only not working means, it ensures the LCD display is got damaged.

Your display circuit is broken, even if the LCD-panel,
seems to be ok the display is damaged.
This is a very common problem in Nokia phones.
The only way to fix this is to change the display.
You need a T-5 or 6 Torx Skrewdriver to do the job.

ya you know his or her details throught mobile number or name. for this service, you must contact to your network service provider for that. other wise, when you are going to add the person ph no. you have to type the detail by choosing the add details. where you can add lot of things in it. in nokia N72. other wise you have to contact to your service provider.

you should chage the charger and buy right charger for long life of your mobile... dont use alternate...it will harm your mobile
