I've got a hp pavilion dv9000 initially installed with vista. recently i changed my os to winxp and now am notable to install the audio and vedio and graphics drivers.. do help me out.

You can try to install Webcam driver. You've not mentioned your OS; i think you use Windows 7. But HP only support Vista. You can give a try to download and install Vista driver. In most cases it solves the problem.

Download "Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) Bus Driver for High Definition Audio", here is the download link below

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp33501-34000/sp33867.exe

now download "Conexant High Definition Audio Driver" ,here is the download link

ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp34001-34500/sp34200.exe

First install  "Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) Bus Driver" and then "Conexant High Definition Audio Driver"

your sound will work now.
