F12 - Communication error a thing to try is resetting the machine to do this turn machine off at plug for 5 mins then back on and start a cycle and see if it happens again. hope this helps.

press and hold on off button till the display panel lights up.Then press and hold the on/off button and the start /cancel button together.You will now reset the washing machine settings.And just pick your cycle again
The next step should be the pump out. If it is not pumping check your pump filter for obstructions. Check the drain hose and also your drain in the wall. If all are clear you may have a bad pump. Remove the white plastic cover on the back near the bottom. To the right as you look at it their will be a black concertina pipe with a hose clip on its top edge. Undo this and pull the pipe downwards to reveal the filter. There will be a plastic ball inside (which is supposed to be there) remove this and clear out the cr*p.
