Who's site did you go to? This one? I haven't used it but a friend did and it worked. I would call them and tell them it didn't work and get a refund, sometimes they don't list their number on the site, but if you used a credit card then you can the CC Company before you get your bill (which will show their number on your list of charges) or wait for the bill, that sucks.

Patrick, the site I gave you is "wirelessunlocking.com" , it isn't my site, but just one that someone I know used,...it's like 2 or 3 dollars. You can go look at it yourself and see what you think. I haven't used it but a friend did and it worked for HIS phone, but I don't remember what brand it was. I looked at my e-mail this morning and seen where someone told you it was some UK site, I don't who's post he was referring to but it wasn't mine.
Also, I know that he tried going through sites of the phone manufacturer, and couldn't understand why they couldn't help him, DUH! Like they want to help you!, they want you to send it in or buy a new phone! They have no interest in helping if they don't get make a buck! I just wanted to clarify that I have nothing to do with the site, and it sure isn't a U.K. site. Good luck, I know it's frustrating but the days of locked phones and Carriers only supporting their phones is going to be gone before long.

The site was nokiaunlockingcodes.co.uk.
an absolute waste of time. They kept me on the phone for several mins charging me £1.50 a min...Get them off your site what a con........ I dont believe that there is any site which will be able to help with the unlocking of the phone code for this Nokia 3110c. They all want your money for nothing. What a con..
