Goto Motorola's website, goto support for this phone, there will be an option to have motorola send the correct settings per your service provider to the phone and automatically apply them. I couldn't view youtube at first, than I did this, and now it works. And I also don't have the full internet access package for like smart phones, just basic and it still works. Yes you can.
