My Ilo TV will shut itself off after a short period of time. When I immediately turn it back on, it will immediately shut itself off again. If I let it sit a minute before turning it back on, it will stay on for about 20 minutes before shutting off. Is it over heating? I checked to make sure the sleep timer was off and it is.

If it's staying on for just a short period of time it sounds like there is a sensor that is giving the unit a faulty condition (Perhaps for reason or due to a fault in the sensor). There are normally a few temp sensors in the TV around the Lamp and Ballast. They may be bad, or the lamp or ballast is just generating too much heat.
