I have installed all the software and connected it to a working co axle cable, but no channels show up on the scan. Ive tried both QAM (which should work) and analog. Neither show a single station. What should I check?

If needed, get the current driver package for your OS version from https://epson.com.jm/Support/Printers/All-In-Ones/L-Series/Epson-L380/s/SPT_C11CF43301#drivers . Do not connect the printer's USB cable to the computer until you run the installer. (Grab the full software if you want to use the scan functions.) If you connect the USB cable first, a generic printer driver will install and the scan functions will not work. You'll have to uninstall the generic driver before continuing. Note: some third-party software that was on the original install disc may not be included in the software package.
After you run the driver installation software, connect the USB cable to the computer when prompted to do so. The all-in-one should work.
I hope this helps.

put the co axel cable in the back , bypass this tv programming stuff put your tv on channel 3 or 4 and use the cable remote , no tv channels just cable
To eliminate if it's the cable problem or not, see if you're able to get a picture and audio on another input by connecting a dvd player as an example. If you're able to receive a picture and audio tehn you know that input works. If you can then try connecting a antenna to the tunner, assumming that you had cable connected prior, and scan the channels again but instead of selecting cable select air then channel scan. If you still are not able to receive channels, then you have a bad tuner. You will need to have the main assembly board AKA scaler board replaced. You could however by-pass the tuner by using a VCR and connect your cable to the tuner on the VCR then use Composite wires from the VCR to the TV composite input and change the chanels from the VCR.
If you've tried all positions with antennae, booster switch is on, and are sure you have all settings on TV correct, try running an alternate cable directly from antennae head to back of current plate where your co-ax from antennae is attached. That will tell you if you have a bad cable or connection from antennae to plate inside. Just get a piece long enough to go through door or window to current spot where connected. If that doesn't cure it, then it's a head or booster switch problem. You can even by-pass the booster and go direct to TV to see if any better.
U get a channel numder and menu screen do show up?Not the tv,it the incomming broadcasting signal cable plug in or the cable box itself have problems.Tries unplug, replug the tv and the cable box back in like about an hour later. The tv will reset itself to the factory setting and the cable box should upgraded it softwares.Should work now.If have the same problems, tell the cable company change the cable box or check the incomming broadcasting cable wire with another tv,see the incomming broadcasting signal cable wire, with a new cable box,see if it work.
Hi , Just to clarify is your Sound Card that you are connecting it too , a 5.1 Channel Sound Card?? if not then that is the problem as it is a 5.1 Surround Sound System..Reason for it only coming out of 2 speakers when you connect it too an ipod , is the Green Cable Doesnt Comply with all the Speakers , you need a 5.1 CHannel Sound Card to connect all the Cables into.A 5.1 Channel Sound Card looks like this http://www.dclstore.co.uk/images/products/genius-soundmaker-value-5.1-channel-sound-card-16-bit-pci-31720009100-l.JPG
you cann not hook an antenna and cable to a splitter together and expect it to work
the only way that will work , if your tv had two tunners Try doing a scan with cable
only on the cable setting

YOU HAVE A BAD TUNER OR RF INPUT. IF YOU CONNECT THE CABLE TO THE VCR AND THEN USE THE VIDEO OUTPUT OF THE VCR TO THE VIDEO INPUT OF THE TV YOU CAN USE THE TUNER IN THE VCR TO CHANGE CHANNELS.
Doe you get sound in from the headphones? If so, then the issue might be the volume fader for that specific channel.
If not, then the issue might be the input connections or input pc board the connections are soldered on to.
The fader can be self replaced, although complete disassembly of your unit is required. Not a hard task, but there are alot of jumper cables, and you have to be careful when putting her back together.
If it's the latter, then I would suggest taking it to a service center for repair.
