Hi waht test page are you reffering about is the windows tes page or the demo page? If the demo page you can just turn off the printer if the windows test page. you need to go to control panel and click for printer and faxes, now right click on the icon of the printer and choose properties. Now under that properties settings you can cancel the query printouts for your printer

My Kodak printer is only printing out blank pages. I just put in new ink cartridges today, but nothing is printed on the pages.

the cartridges come with tape over the print heads to keep them from leaking during shipping.

Remove the tape and put the cartridges back in.

Why is the test page too light to read. the test page prints but the print is too faint to read.

Please have the inks checked, they may be low, also what quality is the paper, most be minimum 80g

I try to print a card or bank statements and nothing is printing just put in new ink, it only prints the 1st page of a quarter fold card, it should all be on one page and it prints only partial card

IF the Kodak AiO printer is printing partial ther are two main device of the printer that have issue on the scanner [where you put the document for copying] or the printhead of the printer.
Step that you can do
1. Try to print a test page in this way you can check if the printer prints whole page. How to print test page press copy button and photo button on the printer for atleast 10 sec. or until the printer starts printing. Reminder Test page doesn't need a document on the scanner glass. It will print an advertising doc for the printer. Now if the test page is half/partial it is the printhead that has an issue. If it print the whole page it is the scanner that has issue contact kodak for printer repair
2.Clean the printhead twice and reseat the printhead it
How: press menu button then select clean printhead then select basic/deep clean. To reseat printhead open the printer access door; remove the ink cartridges; remove the printhead; close the printer access door then open the printer access door insert the printhead then the ink cartridges.
3. Try to print again [For futher support call Kodak support line at 1 800 421 6699]

Unable to print any thing

Hi,
Remove and re-insert the cartridges.
while plugged in.
Clean nozzles, printhead, align etc...
print a test page off
Easyshare are known for eating ink up,
the ink could be all gone.
possible bad cartridge, swap out.

Calibration not working

When you place the calibration sheet on the scanner glass, make sure you put it with the blue arrow facing the yellow triangle on the scanner. (the page must be, obviously, facing down).

As with the red color issue goes, try replacing the color ink cartridge. If that does not work, contact kodak support to fix the problem (you can go to kodak.com/go/itg for troubleshooting steps)

Can't print e-mails

go to start>>program>>printer and Faxes.
right click on the printer, select porperties.
select printing Preferences, Orientation is portrait, Page Order is Front to back.
click on advance. maek sure all underlined feature are enabled.
check the box labelled as "Enable advanced printing features" click OK
click on Print test page.

Printer won't print

Printing on stand alone has a big difference when printing from pc.... try using the kodak website for this issue www.kodak.com/go/itg and use "image quality and blank page" for subclass
