If the suggestion that renevacdoc did not work, it is most likely that your valve assembly(full bag control) has gone bad and needs to be replaced. You will have to take your vac to the Aerus/Electrolux dealer/service store for repair.

If your problem started right after you changed the bag, remove bag and push the small switch that the edge of the bag sits on, it may have gotten stuck or the bag was not seated properly when installed, this worked for me
Take your bag out of the unit flip bag over and re-install. Make sure that the bag cardboard is flat and it is installed evenly. There is a bag-lock-out switch located inside the rim of the unit, and it wont start if it isn't pushed down by the bag. I think this will solve your lux blues!
