Bought a noname mp3 player on ebay, had lots of trouble with it.Turns out to be LiSong branded. Wouldnt play wmas so I had to convert files to mp3, then had format problems. Hit delete all and now lost...

Try to connect the player to your computer via USB cable and then hopefully it will be detected by the computer, If its detected double click Mycomputer icon and look for the MP3 player there, just right click on it then format so it will be clean...

Hope that helps.........

Why won't my Sansa Media Converter recognize my Sansa e250 Mp3 player?

Mine won't read it in MTP mode. It works for me in MSC mode though.

Sansa e250 computer problems

Try using Windows Media Player instead, and see if you get the same result. If it loads in Windows Media Player, then the problem is with WinAmp and not your Mp3 player. When you say it loads half-way, do you mean it loads half the songs and then shuts off? Is the Sansa running on low battery? WinAmp has some kind of update released in the past week - did you download the update, and then experience the problem? It's probably not this, because other users have had the same problem that you are reporting since at least Christmas 2007.

The following is an advice from another Sansa user, so I haven't been able to verify it myself:
"I have to have WinAmp open and a song playing then connect my player and then it will work fine. If I just connect my player then start WinAmp it crashes"

If all of the above fails, reformat your player and start over from scratch. Let me know how everything works out - this is an issue that not even the Sansa website seems to have an answer for.

My ilo wont load my songs

1) Disconnect from computer, turn it off, hold in volume + button and reconnect it to your computer - continue holding volume + until the Found Hardware Wizard comes up.

2)
REFORMAT FOR WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER - Erases Everything: Connect your iLo player to the computer and open Windows Media Player. Click on the Sync tab. Pull down the drop down menu underneath the Sync tab by moving your cursor over the Sync tab and left clicking on the little black arrow underneath the Sync tab. Highlight "ILO 2GB" (wording may vary slightly), and then select "Format." - this should erase everything, and give you a fresh start.

Sansa e200 wont load music

Check if the player is in Autodetect/MTP then try retransferring the songs on the player. And before unplugging the player from the computer check if the files are transferred to the player click on the sansa e200 player on the left window to check if it had really transfferred the songs to the player. If it still wont work, try trasnferring songs using windows media player.

My computer wont detect my player

This is actually not a solution, but to let you know that my Sansa E260 is acting exactly the same. I called Sansa's support and we did a lot of things including updating the firmware and going into the Recovery Mode. Unfortunately, Sansa could not figure out a solution to my problem (computer does not recognize it). I have loaded videos, taped voice reminders, loaded MP3s on to the MicroSD, set up my radio stations, etc. Everything works, except now, I can't seem to get my computers (yes, plural) recognize this device. Sansa said that I should return it to the store and get it replaced while it is under warranty. Thanks. Manny
