My Shark 3501 has a broken handle above the resevoir. Called Euro pro and stayed on hold for 25 min with no answer. I am looking for a handle from top down to tank. Can you help?

I have broken 4 shark handles, have repaired them its a pain. remove the screws on the handle end of the head pop out the broken handle part, drill a 3/16 hole into the part tap 1/4 inch threads use a countersunk head 1/4 inch bolt screw it together put epoxy on the inside to lock threads reassemble. its a pain. two small keepers lock the swivel together pry out with a screwdriver carefully dont loose them. I broke one shark handle when it was brand new. this repair works good if you like alot of fooling around
