Well, the first thing you need to realise when you read this, is that your puk code is a personolized code.
This code is unique to your phone, thus, there is no standard code you can type in.

The only way that you can reteive your code is to have a look on the package which your sim card came in.
Your Puk and default pin should be stated clearly on the card.

Otherwise, you need to call your service provider from a sim which is from the same provider.
This is a toll free number, thus, you will not be charged. Explain to the assistant that you need to retreive your puk code.
They will ask you your phone number and give you your puk.

Once you have your puk code, you will be able to reset your pin code.
