Well, the first thing you need to realise when you read this, is that your puk code is a personolized code. This code is unique to your phone, thus, there is no standard code you can type in.
The only way that you can reteive your code is to have a look on the package which your sim card came in. Your Puk and default pin should be stated clearly on the card.
Otherwise, you need to call your service provider from a sim which is from the same provider. This is a toll free number, thus, you will not be charged. Explain to the assistant that you need to retreive your puk code. They will ask you your phone number and give you your puk.
Once you have your puk code, you will be able to reset your pin code.
If you need to get information from a sim card you can purchase a sim card reader at wal-mart for about 20 bucks. You can copy one card to the other or retreive data from your card.
There are basically two types of directory entries for your saved numbers:
1) Numbers on your physical 'broken' mobile handset memory: LOST!
2) Numbers saved on your 'portable' SIM card: just plug the SIM in another 'unlocked' handset and they will be there!
Hope it helps!
Hi your only option is to call your phone service provider, no it doesn't come with the phone and the phone never has its own puk code becouse the puk code is about the sim card.
if you put in another sim card the phone will work just fine, its the simcard 3 times pin code wrong puk code enabled pin blocked, call service provider to get it and entery instructions.
Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks, Ekse <
Hi there, i would suggest purchasing a SIM card reader, these simple devices plug into a USB port on your PC and allow you to be able to read all of the phone numbers on the SIM card. usually though the phone numbers are stored within the phones memory.
