Printer leaves two white lines when it prints.

My Konica Minolta magicolor 2430 leaves two vertical, white lines when it prints a color picture.
How can I fix the problem?

I had a similar problem with my 2430DL only with one fairly prominent white line instead of two. I read troubleshooting tips in manual for this problem and first suggestion was to wipe laser lens clean with a soft cloth. I did this and no more white line! If you do not have your manual please email me and I can forward you PDF manual. [email protected]

I get several vertical white lines in my prints.

Do you have enough ink in your printer? This can be a problem. A faulty drum/roller could also be a cause which in that case will need to be replaced. Since you have done your part i guess the rest should be handeld by an expert personally.

The most common issues for duplicate image is either
the drum or fuser. If you are able to measure the distance between the first line and its duplicate, i might be able to narrow it down.

White vertical stripe on color images when they're printed

You may have some dust on the imaging window (printer head). Remove the toner cartridges and clean it with some tissues.

Magicolor 2430 DL vertical lines.

pleas take a closer look at the pc drum and transfer belt, if there are also stripes then you find a problem, stripes on pc drum means new pc drum and on TBU there is possible to clean the cleaning unit but not in every case. if cleaning doesnt help new TBU

Konica Minolta magicolor 2430DL

Open the top cover. Remove the drum (part with long green handle). Below the drum you will see a strip of glass about 4-5 inches long. Take a cloth and wipe across the glass.

This will normally clear up any white lines in your print.
