White screen with the hour glass wont go away

move on to near by service center if u have valid warranty..
might b issue with the ROM OR DISPLAY problem..if its display, replace with the new one..if its ROM then they will flash and give u

I would suggest trying a different charger. It seems like your phone is not charging as I doupt that 2 batteries would be faulty together

boost your battery.put it in sellphone.then charge your phone?

when a phone is liquid damage especially salt water, coffee and soft drinks then very likely it will not work properly especially the screen as the liquid sips through the edges of the screen

You need to reseat the LCD cable. More than likely it has come loose in the back of the LCD

go to www.blackberry.com and download the desktop manager for your phone and service provider and reinstall the software. if it is an unlocked phone you need to navigate to the common files/rim and delete the vender file first.

if you have a screwdriver, you can open the phone up and check if it is still dry or wet and also look to see if there are any burnout marks (greeny-blue or white).air it for an hour or few and put it back together. try again. is it pos 5 or pos 6 bit. or is it tork 5 or 6, at jay=car or dicks or bunnings if you don't need advice on it.
