    i cant update it turns white after evey 10 seconds so cant even connect it with my computer

Go update your phone with latest software. this will solve the problem. u can know which version of software u r using by simply typing *#0000#. go to nokia website and find if your model have latest software that you already have. then ready to get update from it. the update instrucution are given detailed in the nokia website......

Try to put out the simcard...then open it...or your mmc is almost full so delete some files...i hope this helps

Hi. Before you go to mobile repairing shop at least you can check the battery terminal.Sometimes due to the Open of battery connector the phone and the battery could not contact properly.Good luck

it problem with your rom memory which don't hold firmware.again flash it and sell it.
or second option is got it to nokia repairing shop to repair itsmain memory.

hi , it have the software problem. so you need to reinstall or flash the mobile. you can use service softwares like phoenix . If you have not sufficient idea about how to flashing , then it is better u to go the nearest nokia service centre.

How to format 5220 express music
Hi,

The 5220 Xpress Music is a series 40 phone, so you cannot hard reset it yourself.

The only thing you can do is try to reset the settings to factory defaults by entering *#7780#. If prompted for your lock code, that will be Nokia's default 12345 unless you've changed it.

In order to have the phone hard reset, you'll need to take it to a Nokia Care Point.
