The grind chamber is blocked, remove the beans and brew unit then clean the grinds chamber, then adjust the grind 2 numbers coarser and try again.

Testimonial: "It was helpful, but I already cleaned and vacuum the brew grind unit. The grinding mechanism is turning, but no coffee is dispensed. Any ideas?"

Remove the brew unit, and reach in to the right, there is a small door the leads into the grinder chamber, make sure it is clean then adfjust grind about 4 numbers coarser and try again.

Can I use coffee cleaning tablets with a Spidem trevi digital plus

I would not use this product unless you exactly know what it is, and if it's appropriate for your coffee machine. Instead get some Saeco decalcifier powder DEZCAL that you add to your water and follow your machine instruction on how to decalcify.

Coffee come out fast and is weak ...

Hi
2 things can cause this.
1. the grind is too coarse. That would be the big knob in the bean hopper. Turn it down when its grinding only. From the factory it is set on 8.
2. The grinder has seperated internaly. That is a tough one to fix, as the grinder should be taken apart and cleaned, then reassembled.

My coffee is to strong

You can change the coffee dose that you put in each cup by lifting the cover on the bean hopper (where you put beans), turn the dose knob (small knob closest to front of machine) clockwise to decrease the amount of coffee used for each cup. Set the knob and then press the coffee button. Gradually decrease the dose until you find the taste you like.

Gaggia Titanium dumps ground coffe inside unit

Hi
You have 2 knobs in the bean hopper. The small one is set to the most positive. Turn it back 1 click from the plus and that should take care of your problem. When you have a clean brew unit it will make the first coffee but a little coffee is left in the brew unit and when it tries to make the second coffee a full charge and the little that was left cause an over charge, and dumps the coffee without making anything.

it sounds like you need to go into the programing mode. in there you can set the machine so it grinds when you select coffee. at the moment it is pregrinding this is so you can make lots of coffees 1 after the other

Gaggia Trevi or Spidem Trevi

You may have a legitimate mechanical malfunciton but sometimes the simple solution is the right one! The chute on this (and other) superautomatic does not like the oily residue that beans inevitably leave. All it takes it gently putting one or two fingers into the bean hopper as the grinder motor starts to sound louder/faster (this is caused by the grinder motor being under less load/strain because no beans are feeding) and wiggling for 1-2 seconds. If you do this immediately after hearing the grinder motor's rpms increase you will not get a "fill bean hopper" error message2.gif. No hard pushing is required, just a gentle wiggle. There is a shroud over the actual bottom of the hopper, so you don't want to stick your fingers beyond that. If you are concerned about actually sticking your fingers into the hopper while the grinder is running, you can simply push down on the top of the beans with gentle pressure which will in effect force the beans down and accomplish the same thing. This technique + regular cleaning of the grinder may be all you need. Hope this helps! Tony
