Bizhub 350 needs reset daily to print..

I need to power off my Bizhub daily, sometimes twice a day for network users to print. I have a static IP address set on it and I have a reservation made on the DHCP server. This has been going on now for 2 weeks. I can't think of anything that has been changed in that tine that would affect it. There are no errors on the BIZhub control pannel, the users receive errors on their computers "print job failed". After I power off and power on the printer the jobs print. It doesn't appear to be users specific. It seems like it may only be doing this on PDF files. Nobody can print after someone received error until it has been rebooted. However, once it is rebooted it has no issues printing any type of format. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I have seen a corrupt print driver cause this many times test all workstations for printing then once you find the workstation that locks up the machine delete that driver and reinstall.

Sir/Mam,

Did you give the machine a static IP address or DHCP meaning let the network decide what IP address is issued this machine LOVE static YOU telling it via admin setting on the copier, admin, admin 1, network, basic . set ip, mask etc.

does the copier have a static IP address or is dhcp meaning ever time the network is turned on the copier get a new/different ip address. Copiers love static so recommend your it person assign one.

Bizhub 350 windows 7

After you connect printer in network just set up DHCP in your printer and from windows 7 (Devices and Printers, Add new networked printer) and job is done because windows 7 will recognize printer and install appropriate drivers.
If you have problem with that uou can set up Static IP Adress in printer and search by that IP, also you can download drivers and software for that printer from this link:

Konica Bizhub C350, need to setup ip address

Utility / Administrator settings (pass:12345678) / Network settings / TCP/IP settings. Select auto IP, or enter it manually. You can check IP address by printing Configuration Page: Utility / User Settings / Printer setting / Print Report / Configuration Page. Press start.

Have 3 cd's that came with it. Want to print from network PC. Seems like the Printer is not broadcasting IP address. How to find the IP of the printer. Bizhub 350.

if you are using for the first time as a network printer then you should first know how to assign the "IP ADDRESS" to machine/printer. to check the ip address of the printer, simply go to " Administrator" mode, and check ip there.

I install konica bizhub 350 to my network. scanning is going to SMB and very nice, but when i want to print from my PC, it did not print and also give no error.plz immediate help necessary. envoirment is...

Reinstall print driver to the PC using same ip address and print test print. next the same procedure go to web browser enter the ip address and choose administrator and the password 12345678. all your question will be in that area. scan, printing and network.

Konica Minolta Bizhub 350

You are getting a failure sheet. This happens when the scan doesnt go through. I think you are reffering to SMB scanning, which needs to have the following setup on both the MFP and the copier.

Host ID or NAME - IP address or hostname with DNS resolution.

Share Name - This is your SMB share name or folder share name on the remote PC

User Name - This is an account that is configured on the remote PC

Password - This is the password for the account setup on the remote PC.

Some things to keep in mind: Third party firewalls can block the bizhub from writing files.

Set share permissions to full control. (under sharing tab> permissions buttion)

Set NTFS permissions to at least write access. (if you have a "security" tab on the shared folder.

Or, you may see something like "allow network users to change my files" on the sharing tab. This basically does the same under different configuration scenario.

One last thing. If you havent changed anything since the problem started, it is probably just something like an expired password on the account that is setup for the copier.

Can not make bizhub c252 scanning trough e-mail feature

Can you print to your PC? if yes you know how to assign ip address to the copier. I suggest is to go web browser and type the ip adress of the copier. log in to adminstrator the password 12345678 click network scan you have choices which scanning you want. SMB, ftp scan to email. If choose SMB first you have create Folder to your desktop and name it SMB all upper case and right click sharing and permit everyone . Then back to copier web browser click tab scan and type all the names you want. Scan to e-mail you have to click network and enable the scan to email enter the SMTP leave the port 25 do not change assign a valid email address to copier and enter email address of the administrator user id and the last is the pasword. Note: everytime you visit this page you should enter the password. then click the scn tab and enter all your email address. enjoyprograming!!!
