If you cancelled your Comcast internet service then your Comcast email is gone. Hopefully you forwarded any important emails to a working email account (or even to a friend you trust) before cancelling the account. On Century Link sign in to your new account then locate and click on Email. There should be a button to click on to set up a new email account. Failing that, call Century Link customer support and they will walk you through it step-by-step.
Select the user you want to add an email address for.
In the Personal Contact Information section of the user page, click the Edit button next to the Additional email.On the next page, click Add a personal email address. (Note: If there is already a personal address associated with the username, you can click Remove and start these instructions over.)
Enter and re-enter your email address. Click Add Email.

Just set it up at comcast and have the new account there fetch the emails from the old account automatically. Just call comcast and ask them to help you set it up.
If your outlook is set up to download emails from comcast.net then go into your outlook program, click on tools, goto accounts. click on the mail tab. Delete your account there.
If your outlook program uses a different email address other then your comcast.net email address you should go into your youtube profile and change your contact email address to the comcast.net email address.
