Why my Fx-570EX calculator mirrored/inverted

If your Casio Fx-570EX calculator is mirrored or inverted, it's possible that you accidentally activated the mirror mode or the inverse mode.
To turn off mirror mode, you can follow these steps:
  1. Press the "Mode" button on your calculator.
  2. Use the arrow keys to select "Setup" and press the "OK" button.
  3. Use the arrow keys to select "Screen" and press the "OK" button.
  4. Use the arrow keys to select "Mirror" and press the "OK" button.
  5. Select "Off" and press the "OK" button.
To turn off inverse mode, you can follow these steps:
  1. Press the "Shift" button followed by the "Mode" button.
  2. Use the arrow keys to select "Setup" and press the "OK" button.
  3. Use the arrow keys to select "Screen" and press the "OK" button.
  4. Use the arrow keys to select "Inverse" and press the "OK" button.
  5. Select "Off" and press the "OK" button.
If the above steps do not work, you can try resetting your calculator to its default settings. To do this, you need to press and hold the "Shift" button followed by the "AC" button.

My screen has split in half horizontally mirroring the top with the bottom.

Back-light problem. Check and replace damaged component/s at its back-light inverter board, or replace this board as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. It will be best to replace the inverter board as card basis.

How to fix the problem of the screen viewing is now like a mirror effect to the objects it is seeing and the wording is viewed also like you would see it looking through a mirror. Now if you flip the view...

Panasonic Viewfinder - Mirror image:
Although I don't own a Panasonic, my Samsung and JVC camcorders have this flipped image function, so I guess most are similar in theory.
The mirror image is a function used for taking selfies, or where you want the subject to frame themselves while previewing the image on-screen.
This only affects the viewfinder screen, not the saved video or still, which remains as normal.
To correct this, you need to navigate to the 'settings' menu, exact location depending flavor of camera.
There should be an option for "self-portrait" mode or similar.
Switch this back to normal mode.
Why mirrored?
When screen is rotated 180 degrees to face subject in normal mode, they would see an inverted image, so the "selfie" function flips the graphic to compensate.
Regards,
Clive.

Inverted screen of my cellphone

unfortunately, there is no simple answer to this, the only solution is to take apart the phone, and reverse the wiring... which will usually be in a bracket... if it is, you should just be able to flip it, if not, you are gonna need a solder gun to create a hard bypass from the wire to the screen, either way, you have to reverse the wiring and this should fix the problem! hope this helps!

LCD and inverter replaced, still dark

The most common fault here is certainly the screen cable - it is available cheaply on ebay - I'm in the UK so here is a local example in this link:

T23 Cable

the other slim possibility is failure of the backlight switch which detects when the screen lid is closed.

Please rate this assistance as we depend on your feedback - hopefully this should be fixya - thanks,

When you are in the Camera mode, press the Volume button down, that is to set the mirror image, the up button is for upside down or right side up Regards
