Broken Triton push button

Korg Triton Extreme 61. My ''Program'' button is stuck pushed in. I assume it is broken. I called the Korg authorized parts supplier and they say the buttons are discontinued and not available. Any suggestions?

I am not familiar with your exact model, but if the plastic "hinge" for the button has broken, it is possible to "fix" it. This is not a DIY repair though. Can you tell me where you are located so I can perhaps suggest a repair location?

Thanks,
Dan

I can hear only one side of the sound coming out from Korg triton extream keyboard. It's not the cable problem for sure. i tested both the earphone out put and the Left and right out put. Did a

So you're saying with headphones you also only hear one side? I would suspect the internal amp is panned all to one side. There are also several other settings in this unit where pan can be set so you may have to check several areas. If you don't have any specific custom settings made I would try a restore to factory defaults. If that doesn't resolve it you likely have a hardware failure which is likely not repairable. I strongly suspect a panning issue though.

Can I plug my American bought triton in European standard electricity Korg 61 key Triton

Only if it has a switch that changes over to 220. I beleave, if not ten you will have to get a power inverter for the power difference and plugs for the different styles that they have over in europe. I hope this helps.

Korg mr-1

While this is Mac-related, the information regarding the reset button is helpful and seemingly little-known. This comes from a Korg rep, by the way:
Did you first manually eject the drive from the Mac before disconnecting it by either moving the drive into the trash or using the Eject option from the Finder menu? If you try to exit USB mode without ejecting the drive on the computer first and then disconnecting the cable, this can cause the unit to lock up. Additionally, you’ll notice there is a tiny hole below the volume controls on the side of the unit. You can use a paperclip to push in a button within this hole to manually reset the recorder however this is only recommended in extreme circumstances. Look forward to hearing from you.
