VTech 2651 base (2.4GHz) +3 phones - base not charging, has power

I have a VTech 2651 base station (2.4GHz) and 3 additional satellite stations that work great. The base station has stopped charging the phone unit, but there is power to the base as evidenced by the charging light. any base units around to acquire or is there a fix for this? Larry L

Why is my phone's set CS6719-2 displaying no power at base out of range

Sounds like the base station has failed or the base station AC charge adapter has failed.

My vtech phone displaying out of range or no power on base

This indicates the phone can't make contact with the base station. Please check if the base station is working, and has a phone line. (Perhaps you have a second phone that works well?)
If the base station works, remove the battery from the phone and put it back again. Eventualy replace battery, if you already noticed the battery did not last for more then just one call.

Will the vtech interact with already an existing Uniden 5.8 ghz power max base unit and handset plus one additional handset and charger to give me four locations or just two more single handsets with...

Hi there, Your new phones will not interact with a base station from another brand of phones. If you want to use one base station, you can buy single phones of the same model and brand and those will interact with the original base station. Your new phones will not connect to the old base station Sorry, Alex

Phone has been charging but still won't turn on

Let me suggest that you unplug all stations including the base and disconnect base from phone line. Waite 5 minutes and then plug base station into phone line, and plug all units in again. Most have an automatic procedure of finding all the remotes if yours has manual method do that.

I have a Vtech 2431 base station with 4 phones, one at the base station and 3 remotes, I need to replace one of the phones but I do not know how to reset the base station to remove all the phones...

This worked for me after lots of digging....If you have already tryed reregistering your handsets and can only get two-or three to work try this and deregister them and re-register. If your base model number is vt2431: Take the handset out of the base, press **335782 on the dial pad of the base. (do not have the line active or anything , just put the (2) stars and 335782 in (no spaces) on the base unit. This will de-register all of the handsets at one time. Then all you have to do is re-register handsets...

Phone base set 'in use' led flashes when plugged into the jack

As is usually the case, a very simple solution in the end. Always check every thing even if the info supplied is from a qualified person. The phone came with the wall jack to base cord but it wasn't the origonal one so the phone thought the line was busy because it wasn't receiving any voltage supply as the plug into the base set had transposed 1 with 2 & 3 with 4. Damn I hate it when its that easy. I was talking to another mate about it and he said he had a similar fault to mine & he thought the cord was the issue & he was correct.

Thanks for your time

Brent.

Vtech cordless phone appears to be mute

Try the "hard reboot". /1/ Unplug power from base station. /2/ Disconnect battery in each handset. /3/ Wait a few minutes. /4/ Reconnect battery. /5/ Re-plug-in power to base station. /6/ Place handset in base station, and wait a few minutes for it to recover.
You may have to reset time/date and/or the handset ##.

Vtech not working

Have you tried putting in freshly charged batteries and registering the handsets to the base station?
