I am able to record to my computer...I can hear the music as I am doing this. The EZ audio converter ends and moves the file to iTunes and then when I go to iTunes, the file is there, but it is silent or blank...no sound at all. What am I doing wrong?

The Itune music files maybe in MP4 file format.

Pull an old iTunes itl. Lib file from one of your older backups and use that to replace the newer iTunes itl. file

The software is not 'seeing' the gap between the tracks, so it does not know the song has ended. Untick 'split recording into tracks' box, then sit with it as it records and click on new track every time a song ends. Tedious, but it works.

Presuming you're on a Mac:
System Preferences -> Sound -> Input
Select "USB Audio CODEC"

I've had exactly the same problem, and so far no resolution from Ion. A small bit of good news: the .wav files are on the hard drive, although without any track info. At least on Vista, they are in username/AppData/Local/Temp. The files are name Temp0, Temp1, Temp 2, ...

You can use iTunes to add these files (File/add file) and then convert them to .mp3s, or whatever format you prefer. Or you could convert them first using the tool of your choice, such as Audiograbber.

This is inconvenient, but a lot better than re-ripping the vinyl after EZVinyl hangs.

it sounds like EZ A C did not get the audio or EZ put it in a format tha Itunes Cant play. download VLC media player and install it. open the file with VLC and se if it will play it. It will play just about anything it has most of the codex's need to play anything too. if it doesent play it then something is wrong with the input to EZ A C you might have the input muted.

music files converted by ez converter cannot be find in i tunes library because of the incompatibilty of codecs of ez converter and i tunes.try the converters that are compatible with i tunes.

They should be recording in mp3.  Then converted into ITunes using AAC.  Itunes will play MP3 format from the turntable.  The best thing to do is to record in that format, then test the files before converting them.  That way you can find out if the problem is with Itunes conversion or the turntable.
