I got this brand newvideo camera for Christmas (The JVC Everio GZ-MG130) and I installed the disk and got it all working. It uploaded my videos for a while and everything seemed good until all of a sudden everytime I try to playblack my videos, it wont work. I will click on the program and it just automatically clicks back out. I tried re-installing it and nothing seems to work. I can't even upload my videos now.. Any suggestions. I really need help :(

No you do not need a memory card to record. The JVC Everio GZ-MG130 is a hard disk drive camcorder with a built-in 30 gigabyte hard drive to record to. You can, however, use an SD memory card if you want to add additional space to save your videos and pictures to.
You need to buy JVC software CD that is available in JVC Accessories Store. Above CD is for GZ-MG130 model, if your camcorder model is different, please check accordingly by typing model number in search bar at left side. Thanks.
