The bottom of the air purifier blows black carbon-like soot that adheres to all surfaces in my home, yet the filters are perfectly clean. The purifier is not a year old yet and has been cleaned regularly. Looking into it from the bottom you can see lots of clinging black soot. I could take it apart and clean it (although we're warned not to!) but what do I do so that this problem does not continue?
I had the same problem and then found that it was from burning aroma candles! I will never burn them again!
The fine carbon are leaking , to reduce clinging black soot clean w/vacuum cleaner if that cabon dust it will not stuck within air purifier machine
I have been burning candles for months. I thought my air purifier was to blame. I realized it was drawing the door near the air purifier and my walls. I have to repaint. Now I am thinking have we been breathing this!!
