Have a xerox phaser 4150. It jams everywhere. The maximum number of copies printable are 3 before it jams. Fuser replaced as suggested by Xerox with no improvement. This has to be an electronics problem as the jams occur in the feeder, the fuser, and each of the output trays (the mechanisms on the side) with no consistency. Jjust tell me what to do. Happy to pay a "qualified" person for phone help or messaging back and forth. I have good mechanical and electrical skills but tearing this thing apart is a significant job. It's just out of warranty (naturally).

If your Xerox WC 4150 is displaying "Clear the Jam in the Print Engine"
or constantly jams as paper exits the machine you should check and
possibly replace the fuser actuator (part# 120N00534) This is the most likely cause, if however this does not fix the printer the next step may be to replace the sensor or fuser. try to clean paper feeding rollers and chek fuser paper sensor, maybe paper comming too late...chek this just to be sure all its OK whit paper path and fuser.

Probably the labels have a slight plastic fiber or coating in them and is getting a coating on the heat roller.
