Call to your service provider(Vodafone, Aircel, Airtel etc., ) using other's mobile. And listen to the IVR. You will have an option of "For PIN and PUK codes press number". Press that number, enter the phone number and the voice will say your PUK code. Use it and unlock your sim.
PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Key. This is a uniqueeight-digit code specific to your SIM card. This is required when the PINnumber to unlock your mobile phone is entered incorrectly 3 times. You are thengiven 10 attempts to enter your PUK code. If an incorrect PUK code is enteredafter the 10th attempt, you will block your SIM card permanently and willrequire a new SIM card from your mobile phone provider. If you need the PUK ( Personal Unblocking Key ) for your phone, you will have to contact your mobile phone service provider.
PUK code is related to the SIM card you are using and not the phone. So, kindly call the Customer support of your mobile service provider and they will provide you with the PUK code free of charge.
Also, entering a wrong PUK code ten times in a row disables the SIM card permanently. So, please be careful while entering the PUK code.

You need to call your service provider to get this code. It can be as many as 8 digits, and it is random. If you enter too many wrong codes, you can permanently damage the device. So Please You Go to Service office and Get the Duplicate Sim From Office Oprater Same Your No Problem will Solved
PUK code is needed when your sim is lock by your phone and you want to unlock it. The phone will ask for a PUK code to do it. You can get PUK code from your network service provider(dial customer care).
By entering the code the phone will unlock the sim without locking it permanently.
