You can change the settings by going to BIOS. To go to BIOS, restart the system and as soon as you restart, start tapping the <F2> key located on the keyboard. This will take you to BIOS.
You can use the Function Key Behavior setting in the System Setup (BIOS) utility to configure the media control keys. The options in the Function Key Behaviour setting are:
Multimedia Key First - This is the default option. Press any multimedia key directly. For function key, press <Fn> + the required function key.
Function Key First - Press any function key directly. For multimedia key, press <Fn> + the required multimedia key.

What do all the key functions do ?

Because you have a multimedia keyboard, there are additional functions for those special function keys. The icons on the keys will tell you if they do something special (like play sounds, increase the volume, etc) This kind of keyboard is designed for those who play DVDs and CDs and don't want to have to open a menu on the screen to quickly play music, etc.

Where can I get a print out of the all the functions of each function key?

The function keys change their function depending on the program you are using.
It has nothing to do with the keyboard.

I am using a multimedia office keyboard and I can't use the f keys such as F8 because they're other functions written on them such as "save". I can't find a second function key anywhere.

My version of this keyboard has a button in the upper left that toggles the function keys between their normal use and the MS Office specific use.

Function keys won't work

Some keyboards like this have a button that changes the meaning of the functions. In one mode the function keys are normal and in the other mode they often have special meaning for MS Office apps. The toggle button on my keyboard is not labeled.

Sometimes the keys that have white and blue writing on them will only respond blue. How do i get them to respond as white instead of blue keys?

You have a FNC key on your keyboard. Since it is a laptop, your keyboard can not have all the keys that a normal keyboard has. This is handled by making some keys perform two or more functions. Thus, the alternate key use if the blue keys (function key is depressed). You will pribably find that there is a light labeled as FNC where you see your caps lock, num lock etc.. it sounds to me that you have your keyboard in alternate function mode so that the keys are performing the alternate functions (probably the numeric keys if it is a normal configuration..).

The Print key is not working

it depends what system you are running cetain programs and windows operating systems dont accept this shortcut

try going into controll panel clik keyboard and make sure hot keys are on

the only other reason is if you have eny other wireless functions running these can disrupt the signal from the keyboard to the computer turn off all wireless items and try agen

if none of these work try replacing the keyboard as it should work as long as hotkeys are on and the operating system you have accepts this function
