did you add any new hardware or software just before this error started. If this is a Windows PC you can go into the safe mode and remove the bad software. You can also (if you can) remove or disable the hardware. Reboot into the PC as normal and see if you are still getting the error.

I'm having the same problem and in troublshooting it I've discovered that their are several versions of .netFramework all of which are not backward compatible. That is some programs that require netFramework 1.1 (which is what e-speaking uses) will not work consistantly if they are working with a system that has only say netFrame 4 or 3.5 installed. It seems you can install more than one without causing any problems so that's what I'm going to try.

You can reinstall the entire operative system with the CD that comes with your laptop, or with the restoration partition. See user's manual. This is the best way to fix error in a PC. Before restore the OS, backup your personal data.

Common Language Runtime and Windows cannot find 'regsvr.exe'

This is malware! Never click on an executable file that you do not know as you activate a worm or virus by doing so. A quick google search of the file name is prudent if you do not know what that file is. Now you should download the Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool from Microsoft here: http://www.microsoft.com/security/malwareremove/default.mspx Let me know if you need further help. Steve

Whenever I start my system I first get an alert before login of profile as "crmgoldbpe.exe - Common Language Runtime Debugging Services Application has generated an exception that could not be handled....

click start -> run. Type msconfig hit enter. Goto the startup tab and look for anything containing crmgoldbpe.exe and uncheck the box next to it. Restart your computer. The error should be gone. This is part of a spyware program so you should also run an anti-spyware program such as spybot search and destroy from www.safer-networking.org.

Hi sjt916,

Unfortunately the only way to fix this is to reinstall the program. Somehow the installation has become corrupt and is conflicting with a windows operation producing an error.

Please tell me how it goes.
