Whe you connect your Galaxy smartphone to your computer, it should show up in windows explorer. If it doesn't show up after about 30 seconds or so, disconnect, wait about 10 seconds and reconnect.
BTW, It will only show up if there are pics available. If there are no pics, it will not show up.
You cannot do an "upload all" from your phone to a computer. Only pics are uploadable. Some programs with mp3 files have a share or upload feature built into the app. Those files can only be access through the feature that is built into the app. If the app does not have a sharing, upload, or transfer feature (like iTunes), then mp3's cannot be transferred from the phone but can only be downloaded to and deleted from the phone itself.
sometimes it takes a while on bear share ive had that problem to. after ya upload something try restarting your computer. or close bs and reload the page
Try to reformat your micro sd card using your phone, then plug it into your pc to copy files. Don't forget to properly eject your sd card not just unplugging it. If this doesn't work try reformatting it using your pc then properly eject it.
Forget easy share, just take out the memory card (SD card) from your camera and buy a SD card reader. Put this memory card in the card reader and plug the card reader in your computer USB. It will work like a normal pen drive and you will find all your pictures inside DCIM folder of your memory card. Copy all pictures in your computer HDD to be on safe side.
Here is what I wrote today to another user having a very similar problem:
You
can access your photos without Easyshare through Start / My
Computer and your card and maybe the camera memory card should appear
there as E: or D: or such volume. Click on those icons and on folders
inside until you see the photos as thumbnail. Save the enclosing folder
by right-click Copy/Paste to a place of your choice.
And/Or
Take
out the card and put it in an SD card reader and connect that to the
computer and follow the above instructions. Use free Picasa software
instead of Easy Share.
There are two ways to do this... 1. Copy your files to the "Shared Documents" folder in 'my computer'. 2. Right click on the folder you want to share. Select 'properties'. then choose 'sharing' . Put a check in the box "share this folder as".( the compuetr will allocate a sharing name). Click 'apply" This folder will now show up on all the other computers' in "my network places".
you're not trying to burn the pictures to your 'MyPictures' thing.
close that and go get the EasyShare disc, your EasyShare Kodak camera (i hope) and your transfer cord
Plug your transfer cable into the camera from the small end, and the large end into the USB port of your computer. This allows the computer to recognize the camera and begin building adapters for it. Insert the disk for the Kodak Easy Share program into your disk drive. Go to your "Start" button and hit "Run." This will bring up a window allowing you to choose the letter of your disk drive to find the file to run. Your computer may have Autorun, so it is possible you do not have to follow this step. If you do not have Autorun, click on the letter of your drive and choose the "Easyshare.exe" file when it populates. Then hit "Run" on the bottom of the window to continue. Click on "Next" on your Install Wizard when it begins. This sets up the program to be used if you do not already have it on your computer. Click "Next" on all following boxes, as this gives you the basic set up and files needed to run the program. Wait for the program to begin. Once it has populated the window with a gray Kodak Easy Share block at the top of the window, you are ready to begin. Click on "Add Pictures" on the top left corner of the window. A new window will generate. Go down to the last half of the window on the left and click on the Kodak Easy Share file. This is where your pictures are being taken directly from your camera, which is the drive or USB port it is connected to. Choose on the next box the folder you wish to save your pictures under. You can opt to leave it in the Easy Share folder, or to rename the folder for the type of pictures you are uploading. If you have wedding pictures, you could right click on the folder and hit "Rename." Then type in "Wedding Pictures" and click anywhere on the screen. This will save your folder name. Delete the pictures from the camera after they upload is an option you can choose to click on if you want your camera erased when the pictures are done. If you want this, click the box next to the "Delete From Camera" option under the folder name area. When you are ready to upload, click "Done" in the bottom left corner of the window. Now you have uploaded your pictures to your computer and cleared your camera.
