Remove the rear cover and check the motor drive belt which may be broken or loose. Check the motor and drum pulleys for tightness. Also, verify that the motor turns when it is supposed to. If it doesn't turn, turn it by hand to make sure that it is not bound up--drum or motor. If ok, then either the motor is bad or there is no power to the motor.
