Try to re-pair the headset to your phone to make sure that it has a good
connection. Before running through the pairing process, be sure to
totally delete the headset from the Blackberry's menu. You may want the
headset turned off for this process.
Once you make your Blackberry discoverable, then put the Plantronics
Voyager Pro headset into pairing mode by holding the power button until
the headset flashes red and blue. Here is the link below for the
Voyager Pro pairing instructions. Plantronics Voyager Pro Pairing Instructions
I have had a BT250v for a few yeasr now (on my third, actually!). This problem would occasionally come up. Delete the profile from your phone, and start the pairing process all over again. I switch mine back and forth between me personall LG cell and my business blackberry. When I go from my cell to the bb, everything is fine, but I need to re-pair to get it back onto my cell.
Hi,
If you have lost the pairing on your Blackberry with the headset follow these simple steps below:
• Setting the headset into pairing mode
1) Ensure the headset is fully charged
2) The headset must be switch off
3) Press and hold the on button for +- 8 seconds until the light flashes red-blue
4) The headset is now in pairing mode
• Searching for the headset on the Blackberry
1) Go to “settings” or “connections”
2) Select Bluetooth, then options
3) Select Devices and click add
4) The Blackberry should search for any available Bluetooth devices and display what was found
5) Select the Samsung device and click add
6) You will be required to enter in a pass code which is standard ‘0000’. If not try '1234'.
7) If successful then the headset will start flashing BLUE every few seconds.
I had the same problem and found the user: Splut wrote in another problem the following solution:
If you hold down the button, it will turn the light blue, keep holding it till you can connect it. It will come up as Jabra BT125, hit connect. Then it will ask for a password. The password is 0000.
I tried that to connect my Blackberry phone to my Jabra BT2010 headset and it worked!! I had tried everything prior without success. I hope this works for you.

Hold the mutifunction button with the mouth piece close, until it turn purple, then open the mouth piece so that it will stay in the pairing mode. Now go ahead and have your phone or blackberry search for H700c
Good luck
It might already have been figured out but if you hold the answer button on the headset down until the light stays on steady, it is in pairing mode. You can then go to bluetooth setup on the Curve and it will find the headset.
