HI I would think that your pressure switch has stuck.
You will need to remove the covers etc and check the internal pressure switch that will be situated on the outlet of the pump. It maybe stuck and just want greasing etc or may need replaceing.

Pressuer washer not turning on

Inside machine are safety switches, you probably have a stuck on. Take apart, plug in and test with a tester to see where power is not getting to. I am guessing a safety switch is stuck.

My Karcher 1750 psi electric pressure washer is making in/out loud noise when switch to On and idling not pressing washer trigger.

thats normal, it is reducing the built up pressure that is not needed until the trigger is pulled.

Electric Pressure Washer

try running the machine without the hose attached if the machine runs ok then it is probable the there is a blockage in the nozzle if the the machine still cuts out then the pressure switch will probably be stuck or faulty this switch will be inline with the on/off switch and the motor it can be checked using a multi meter after dissconecting the power.
