You need to contact Nokia for an RMA/replacement if it's under warranty, the 6300 series phones are prone, particularly if network-flashed and locked, to fall over. What you're suffering from is corrupted firmware and Nokia are the only company with the kit to fix it. WARNING: they will charge carriage to their service centre in Finland no matter where you're located. Be prepared for a large bill.
Try remove the sim and clean it then use it. If that does not help, try another SIM in the phone. If another SIM works fine that means the previous SIM is faulty. You can contact you service provider and change the SIM with the same number.
