JUST DO A RESET TO YOUR PHONE..IF IT DOSENT WORK USE SONY ERICSON UPDATER SERVICE TO UPDATE THE FIRMWARE...IF THE SERVICE SAYS NO FIRMWARE UPDATE THEN U NEED TO TAKE IT TO THE SERVICE CENTER(FIND IT ON GOOGLE MAPS) OR BUY YOUR OWN SERVICE TOOLS LIKE SETOOL BOX

just update your mobile software to latest firmware. U can do this for free using sony ericcson pc suite. am having W910i me too faced this problem but updation solves the problem.

possible faulty software in the phone, try using sony ericsson update service (on sony ericsson website with instructions)

Ok i can understand your problem. I was facing same problem with my cell also. but you dont need to worry you just need to reset your mobile phone settings. If that doesn't work then simply master reset your phone. Your games and apps will be deleted. I hope this will help you in solving your problem.

Go to my computer scroll to sansa or your MP3 player and open the music folder and open each sub folder and delete Songs manually then delete the folders them selfs then format a couple of times hope this works

Let me suggest : Uninstall the PC suite & reinstall it properly.. this will fix it for sure.

go to system settings and click format memory stick but dont try it strait away because when you for mat your memory stick it deletes all the things you've saved
