Try this or some variation as it worked with my new Wenger Chronograph.
Pull the crown out to the first position (for changing the date) and press the top button - one of the hands - either the big second hand, the little minute hand, or the little tenth of seconds hand - should move one notch. Keep pressing until it reaches the desired position. Now press the bottom button, same process. Pull the crown all the way out and press the top button, same process. Then if that still hasn't solved it, crown all the way out and press the bottom button. Each position should correspond to a hand, and each press should move it one notch. When settled, push the crown all the way in and operate it normally.
Be careful not to press buttons when changing the date or time, and don't bang or shake the watch too hard while using the chrono. Also, don't play with the buttons or press them one after the other too quickly.

Reset chronograph hands on Accurist 7344

To reset the chronograph hands on an Accurist 7344 watch, you will need to follow these steps:
  1. Pull out the crown to the second click (time-setting position)
  2. Press and hold the top button (located at 2 o'clock) until the chronograph seconds hand returns to the 12 o'clock position.
  3. Release the button and then press and hold the bottom button (located at 4 o'clock) until the chronograph minutes hand returns to the 12 o'clock position.
  4. Release the button and push the crown back in to the normal position.
It's important to note that these steps may vary depending on the specific model of your Accurist 7344 watch. If these steps don't work, refer to the manual or contact the manufacturer for more detailed instructions. Additionally, if the chronograph hands don't move at all, check the battery and make sure it's properly inserted and the watch is working properly after replacing it, if not, contact Accurist customer service for more assistance.

Easier than you think.
Pull your Crown out to the FIRST stop (were you would normally set your date). Push the "A" button (top chrono button) for your dial at the "3 oclock" area, Push the "B" button(bottom chron button) for the second hand.
