We have a konica C 250 Biz Hub and the last technical service company apparently put an administrators code on it. it is TOTALLY useless without us getting into it. HOW do we over ride this code?
You cannot overide the administrator password on the konicas the default password is 12345678 try that
the c3851 error code is a abnormaly low fuer temperature error code the fuser code will probably have to be replaced you can try to reset it but if the error code comes back you have to replace that fuser. hold down the utility/counter button while you turn on the main switch until trouble reset appears on the touchscreen then touch trouble reset when it says ok turn the machine off then on
1) Utility/Counter 2) Details 3) press STOP zero zero + STOP zero one and now your in Tech Mode 4) same page press STOP + Zero + C 5) modify admin password and retype and then exit 6) do not DO NOT touch any other options unless you know what your doing..you can lock the machine and would be able to work..rate if this helped you out

Firstly turn of the by the side button on the keypad then at the back
Then turn on the keypad switch
hold utility counter button
turn on the main power switch
a black dot will appear on the screen
after that there will be an option for system error clear
at that point press stop 0 0 stop 0 1
enter 92729272 and the service mode will be dislayed. you can change the admin password in there.

Konica Minolta bizhub 250 forgotten password in the service mode and I need to get there to get him changed or reset .... I see the instructions on how to change the password in the service mode but do not know how to get there if we do not tell me you do not know your password
