Enter bios setup by "F2" key and remove hard password,if this didn't help get a hiren's bootcd and choose remove password from the list.

You can do a system recovery. You will lose ALL your data.

Should this be a Bios password, you will need to have this taken into a shop, Should it be a windows password Google password recovery CD.

A windows password can be hacked, A bios password will take some time.

Go to the link below and download Ophcrack and burn the iso to a cd. Boot from the CD and let it do it's magic. You'll have the password shorthly:

It depends on the kind of sotfware bios you have on your computer.
Firstly try the master passwords, each manufacturer has it's own master bios passwords:

For a Dell laptop try: DELL.

If that didn't work, you should try to reflash the bios of the laptop's motherboard from windows. This will clear the BIOS password. YOu can download the latest BIOS from here:

Remove Battery. Find out where CMOS batter is (usually near Ram Memory removable panel. Disconnect CMOS and replace in a few hours, Replace computer battery and start in BIAS. Look in Security Section of Bias and uncheck Security Code. If no Option just restart Computer an d reset code if you want. Codes are saved in CMOS system.
