This problem can't solved without the remote.Because the remote the only one have a SAP button on it.Try website like Remotes.com to buy an exact remote to the original remote.

If SAP is turned on you won't notice it unless you tune to a channel where the SAP signal is present. Most remotes have a single button to control the audio settings, so it's easy to turn the feature on without knowing it by bumping the button. Turn off SAP and you should be back to English.
I had the same problem. You have to order a replacement remote with the MTS button (Multi Channel Sound)

hi, try using menu button from tv go to audio menu and see if you can find sap option,if not try buying an universal remote,program it to work with tv and pull the menu, that should fix problem,thanks,faradio.

Do you have the original remote? it will look like the one here:http://www.remotes.com/remotes/servlet/rs?a=gmi&smodel=B27TF680&brand_pn=RCA_B27TF680&mode=large&uid=11758883061400 If you do not have the original remote you will not be able to switch off the SAP setting, without it as there is a button that controls the sound. when this button is pressed you see where to turn off the SAP setting.
