The fridge temperature display of my samsung rs265lbbp twin cooling is flashing and the fridge is low cooling but the freezer is doing good. what is the cause ans solution to this?

Samsung sxs refrigerators usually have a dual cooling system. That's why the freezer works fine. Refrigerator side could have a clogged drain or a defrost problem.

Push and hold power freeze and power cool simultaneously until display flashes. Release and leave alone. You just reset the brain on your display. In an hour or so, reset the desired freezer and refrigerator temps. My suggestion, -6 on freezer, 44 on refrigerator.

I understand that your are having a problem with your fridge it is not getting cold. However, the freezer is cooling just fine this is a common occurrence when the evaporator fan goes out in the unit. Here is a tip you can follow to help you diagnosis the problem

I would suggest you call the service tech as the unit is still under warranty and have them to replace the fan and check the rest of the unit.
