Some fixya user told me a website reliablestore it is very good.. I used it to repair my shredder it had some spark issue which wasn't easily fixed.
you can go there and try
most shredder owners know about it
it's free so no harm in trying

Tecumseh part #36221 should be the starter cup you are looking for. It is available through www.partstree.com or try your local repair shop. Any shop that handles Tecumseh parts should be able to order it for you.

I believe the carburetor part number for your model is 632631. I have the same TroyBilt chipper/Vac. It has a Tecumseh H50-65582W engine. A good parts diagram can be found at

I have a troy built chipper schredder vac built by garden way in 1992 that has a tecumseh engine model h50-65578t that i would like the carb adjustments .

start at one and a half turns each ,run at full throttle turn outhigh speed screw (bottom) until it starts running flat, turn back untill runs clean. same procedure for low speed screw but at idle speed .when done turn throttle to high speed if boggs open low speed screw alittle bit at a time untill accelerates with out bogging hope this helps

that could be wiring issue that the battery isn't able to take up the electricity supplied to it.. u know, the conductor between them..

check with you local service center that handles tecumseh parts. I can get it thy should be Abel too. your new number is 36221
