A user's phone calls keep dropping out during calls incoming or outgoing and the time of each call varies. We have two 3MB T1s installed in two different sites connected over MPLS. Were not having bandwidth issues at all and this is isolated to a single user with the 3Com 2102 model phone. Anyone know of a solution to this or a cause at least?

now i m in roming and my outgoing call is off but incoming is on..and software is also update but no soulation ...

During a call (either incoming or outgoing), the '3-way Call' option will show on-screen. Either select it and press 'OK' or press the digit corresponding to that function. In the settings menu, you are able to disable the ability to make outgoing calls. You will need the security code for the phone in order to change this.

you may have to get another phone or your sim is proabally damaged and or your signal is not good

go to resent calls and delete the incoming and outgoing calls

the internet connection's outgoing is too slow. ALl internet connections have an outgoing and an incoming speed. Make sure you are not uploading anything to the internet or get a faster internet service provider

outgoing call is connected to the system.
• Alerts on call: set the phone to beep when you
receive a new message or when the time for an
alarm comes during a call.
• Indicative tone: set the phone to beep when a
pop-up window displays.

Turn up the volumes on Ear piece -during- a call (on the side of the phone <===>) and on the speaker at any time. The joy stick does it I think.
