A user's phone calls keep dropping out during calls incoming or outgoing and the time of each call varies. We have two 3MB T1s installed in two different sites connected over MPLS. Were not having bandwidth issues at all and this is isolated to a single user with the 3Com 2102 model phone. Anyone know of a solution to this or a cause at least?

I would recommend starting with what is simple.
Have you tried replacing the Ethernet patch cord that the phone is connected to?
How about the curly cord between the phone and handset?
Does the phone do the same thing if you connect it to a different port?
Does a different phone do the same then when connected where this phone is connected?

Instructions for 3 way calling

During a call (either incoming or outgoing), the '3-way Call' option will show on-screen. Either select it and press 'OK' or press the digit corresponding to that function. By the way, if your phone's user guide happens to be missing, feel free to download it from this location. Please, let me know if I can help you any further.

My samsung s5233 tuch screen phone show 'service not allowed' during outgoing calls but it can receive incoming calls.

In the settings menu, you are able to disable the ability to make outgoing calls. You will need the security code for the phone in order to change this.

Incoming or outgoing calls no sounds

Turn up the volumes on Ear piece -during- a call (on the side of the phone <===>) and on the speaker at any time. The joy stick does it I think.
