XPLOSIV Turning Point: Fall Of Liberty for Windows Logo

The "Turning point fall of liberty" doesnt run smoothly.

I got an AMD X2 3800+ 2.0 Ghz overclocked to 2.5 Ghz with 1GB DDR dual channel at 400 Mhz and a 8600 GTS 256Mb graphics card. The problem is that the game doesnt run smoothly at all! Both cores run at 100% and it seems the game is too heavy though my hardware is more than efficient for the minimum requirements to play the game. Whats the problem and i cant run the game smoothly? The games freezes (and the sound too) for a few seconds, then starts again for a few frames, freezes again, and so on. I have run Crysis, all the Call of Duty series, Brothers in Arms Hell's Highway, and many other demanding games of the same kind and i never had ANY problem running all of them except this one! Not to mention that i got all the updated Nvidia drivers for my graphics card, the Physx, etc.
Any suggestions to help me?

My 880GM-E41 motherboard says my Kingston HyperX 8GB (2x4GB) 1600MHz DDR3 Non-ECC CL9 DIMM XMP X2 Grey Series is running at 667 mhz or somthing, but i know it can be overclocked to 1600mhz, how is this...

Rather than '1600' Mhz, it's capable of using DDR (Double Data Rate) RAM at '800' Mhz.
The "double" rate provides 2 bits per cycle, resulting in a rating of 1600 for the RAM.

The RAM that you're currently using is '667', not '800' Mhz, rated.
Buy RAM that is rated at '800'.

What is the max dual channel ram i can put iin my msi 865pe neo2 motherboard.

Hi merlin_65,

Regardin your question:

• Supports four unbuffered DIMM of 2.5V DDR DRAM.
• Supports up to 4GB memory size without ECC.
• Supports Dual channel DDR266/333/400/433/466/500/533 MHz and up. (DDR433/466/500/533 are overclocking spec).

Hope this helps.

Info from the manual:

Memory configurations

You can install 128 MB, 256 MB, 512 MB, and 1GB DDR SDRAM DIMMs into the DIMM sockets using the memory configurations in this section.

• Install only identical (the same type and size) DDR DIMM pairs

using the recommended configurations.

• Make sure that the memory frequency matches the CPU FSB

(Front Side Bus). Refer to the Memory frequency/CPU FSB

synchronization table on the next page.

• This motherboard does not support double-sided 16-bit DDR DIMMs.

• Do not create a three-DIMM configuration in dual-channel mode. The
third DIMM is ignored in the dual-channel operation.

I have the same system too. None of the tuners such as RIVA work well w/ integrated notebook card, and u r graphics card is pretty ghetto. I could however, download POWERSTRIP and tune up a minescule 300-400 MHz but it won't let me access memory clock. More than this I could do no further overclocking.

Does P4MFM supports DDR 1GB 400 Mhz RAM

It should support dual channel (two matched sticks) at 400 Mhz and regular pc3200 1 gb single sticks

If you can go with dual channel its is faster even if it does cost more
