How have you managed to block internet explorer, explain in detail what it is that you want doing , saying i want to unblock internet explorer is not very clear. What firewall are you using, why was it suddenly blocked, what version of windows are you running?

How can i unblock block websites from my administrator account
1. Your router settings.
2. A personal firewall (e.g. software based firewall like Commodo Firewall or
any other third-party version).
3. The Windows host-file under C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc directory.
4. Your WebBrowser site restriction settings.

For Internet Explorer:
1. Open Internet Explorer 8.
2. Click Tools and select Internet Options.
3. Select Security tab.
4. Go to restricted websites and
check if the site address are added
there, AFAIK, if a website is added there then
you'll get the 401 message.
5. The best advice would be to click Reset all zones to
default level.

Unblock my images
If your browser is Internet explorer than follow the below steps to fix
(go to TOOLS, select OPTIONS, select the CONTENT panel, beside the load images automatically select EXCEPTIONS, then click REMOVE SITE for each image that u want unblocked ) to unblock all my images on my facebook account .

Check the privacy settings on your Internet Explorer
Click Tools => Internet Options => Security => Restricted Sites and check if Yahoo is under the Blocked website list. If not, try downloading other browsers like Mozilla Firefox and try checking your email.

Unblock sites on laptop
You need to adjust you internet explorer settings. Right click on the internet explorer, select proprties, here you will find various settings that you can adjust to allow various sites. There is also a exeptions section in the advanced settings that you can allow any site to be opened no matter what.
